ChatGPTの広告が「会話」になる。ブランド体験の入口が変わる

OpenAIは9月16日、ChatGPT Adsで広告を見た人が、広告主のAIエージェントと会話を始められる「Sponsored Agents」のテストを発表した。広告をクリックして終わりではなく、サイズ、使い方、比較したい条件をその場で聞ける導線をBuild.

広告枠ではなく、判断を手伝う接点へ

同社はChatGPT Workでのプロンプトによる広告制作支援、Ads ManagerのAIクリエイティブ機能、HubSpotとShopifyとの連携も示した。ブランド側は、表示回数だけでなく、会話のなかで何を説明し、どこで外部サイトへ渡すかまで設計することになる。

ただしSponsored Agentsは米国の一部広告主向けテストで、独立したChatGPTの回答とは分ける設計だ。利用者が広告主との会話だと理解できる表示、回答の範囲、個人データの扱いが、便利さと信頼を左右する。

プロダクトとUXへの示唆

これは広告機能の追加というより、比較・相談・購入前の迷いを扱う体験設計の変化だ。事業側はFAQを増やすだけでなく、顧客が判断できる情報、引き継ぐべき文脈、人につなぐ瞬間を設計し、会話を検証できるプロダクト運用へ進む必要がある。

広告が「見せるもの」から、相談を始める場所に変わる。

今日いちばん引っかかったのは、ChatGPTの広告から、そのままブランドのAIエージェントと話せるようにするという発表です。

広告を見たあとに、サイズは？自分の状況に合う？いま買うべき？を聞ける。これ、広告の見せ方が変わるというより、迷っている人の前にブランドがどう現れるかが変わる話だと思う。

However...

会話にしただけで、体験が良くなるわけではない。売りたいことだけを返すエージェントなら、たぶんすぐ見抜かれる。何を説明できるか、答えられないときにどうするか、人に渡すべきときはいつか。そこまでつくらないと、相談の入口にはならない。

自分は、広告、プロダクト、サポートを別々の接点として設計するのではなく、ユーザーが迷いを解いて次の行動へ進める一つの流れとして見たいです。

AIが間に入ることで、ブランドは一方的に伝えるだけでなく、その人に必要な情報を一緒に組み立てられるようになる。だからこそ、会話の質、判断材料、引き継ぎ、検証までを設計する。

構想から体験設計、実装、提供、改善までを速く回して、相談されたときに本当に役に立つブランド体験をつくっていきたいです。
